Mexican artist with a degree in Industrial Design and a diploma in Photographic Art.
As an abstract painter, she works with acrylics, oils, pastels, pigments, canvas, paper, linen, and wood to explore the interplay of lines and shapes, weaving a story into each of her creations.
Zoé began painting at the age of 18, driven by a deep need for self-expression. Her work continually evolves, reflecting fragments of her personal journey, her travels, and her interpretations of the world around her.
Among layers of color and texture, she often incorporates recycled fragments and leftover paint from other works, or salvaged materials, to create art filled with richer history and deeper meaning.
She has taken courses on various painting techniques, enjoys photography, travelling, and reading, and uses these interests to expand her imagination and creativity.
Zoé invites viewers to interpret her art freely, fostering a personal and unique connection with each piece.

Statement
During my training as an industrial designer, I developed a fascination for experimenting with geometry—deconstructing and reconstructing it into new forms. At the same time, I draw inspiration from the organic shapes I observe in nature, blending structure with fluidity in my work.
A significant part of my artistic exploration focuses on the relationship between humans and our planet, highlighting the delicate balance we must strive to preserve.
I paint elements of nature and the physical phenomena that captivate me, such as the vibrant hues of a crimson sunset or the rhythmic motion of waves. These fleeting moments, their colors, and any aspect of life that compels me to pause and reflect fuel my creativity.
My perspective—whether rooted in stillness or the infinite expanse between earth and sky—is a constant source of motivation.
Currently, I am working on a project that addresses the ecological footprints we leave on the planet. Through my art, I aim to evoke a sense of urgency and shared responsibility, inspiring collective action to improve our relationship with the natural world.
